Please read these Terms carefully before using JustLayer. By registering or logging in, you agree to all sections below.
1. Agreement
By registering, logging in, or using JustLayer, you accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use means acceptance.
2. Service & Availability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the server will run without interruption at all times.
Maintenance and outages may occur. Notices are posted in our Telegram channel: https://t.me/dpulse_redirects.
On days without updates or issues on the dedicated server side, we provide the Service from our end as intended. Downtime caused by maintenance, third-party infrastructure, network conditions, or factors outside our control does not entitle you to a refund or compensation.
Features, methods, limits, and pricing may change without notice.
3. Your Responsibility & Prohibited Use
You are solely responsible for your actions. We are not responsible for your expectations or results — different targets, protection, and conditions produce different outcomes. That is not grounds for a refund.
Use the Service only against systems you own or have explicit written permission to test.
Strictly prohibited: government websites and infrastructure, military, emergency services, hospitals, schools, critical public services, and any target where testing is illegal in your or the target's jurisdiction.
Violation may result in immediate permanent ban without refund.
You may resell access through your own project: a custom panel, a bot on your VPS (e.g. a Python bot), or similar — using your API key only on servers you control.
Do not give, publish, or distribute your API key to other people. End users must never receive the raw key; they use your panel or bot instead.
Reselling or transferring your account, login, access token, or plan directly to another person is prohibited.
Keep your login and access token private. Abuse, fraud, and limit bypass are forbidden.
4. Payments & Refunds
All sales are final. Refund or compensation is possible only if you paid but the plan or product was never delivered. Dissatisfaction, downtime, maintenance, user error, or ban for rule-breaking — no refund.
Contact support (https://t.me/caverned) before opening a payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in a permanent ban.
5. Closure & Compensation
The Service may be suspended or closed at any time. We are not liable for lost access or unused plan time.
If this exact Service reopens under the same administrator, active customers at closure may receive a replacement plan with +35 extra days — at our discretion and after verification.
A different domain, brand, or operator is not the same Service. No transfer of plans or refunds in that case.
6. Liability & Bans
To the fullest extent allowed by law, JustLayer and its operators are not liable for any damages from use or inability to use the Service. Maximum liability: amount paid in the last 30 days, or zero.
We may ban or delete accounts at any time for violations. Remaining plan time is forfeited without refund.
Administrator decisions on bans, refunds, compensation, and account status are final.
7. Privacy
We do not store usage logs or attack history. Only minimal account data needed for access is kept (username, credential hash, plan status). We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.
